sets out the manner and timeframe for which complaints are handled and resolved.
Complaints received by the society are resolved in the following manner :

| The duration/time taken to respond to complaint is as follow :- |

- 2 weeks for initial investigation
- for disputes that go up to committee level, and if it can be resolved via email with committee members, then the time frame will be 1 month;
- for disputes that go up to committee level, and cannot be resolved via email, then it will have to wait till the next committee meeting.
- for disputes referred to the final committee, the time frame for resolving the dispute will be 3 months
