COMPASS is pleased to announce that we have attained ISO 9001:2000 certification. The certification put in place a system to monitor and meet the changing needs of our customers, namely, our members, affiliated overseas societies, and music users.

COMPASS embarked on the project in 2005 to get the daily operations and processes certified so that good practices and work processes that we have established over the years will be institutionalized. In doing so, these practices and processes effectively remain within the organisation even when key management or staff depart.

COMPASS is the first collective society in Asia to achieve ISO Certification.
