Get Your Music Heard At Changi Terminals

July 30, 2008

Call for Submissions of Instrumental/Ambient Music

If you like your music to be be heard at the Changi Airport Terminals, we like to hear from you!

Singapore’s Changi Airport which saw 36.7 million passenger movements for the year 2007, and recently registered an increase of 6.7% passenger traffic in the first quarter of 2008, has agreed to COMPASS’ proposal of playing at least 25% of local music at its terminals.  This is an exciting piece of news as it not only means that the large number of passengers going through the award-winning airport will be listening to Singapore music, it also means that a proportionate portion of the royalty collected from CAAS will be distributed to the relevant local composers!

So if you have compositions of instrumental/ambient music suitable for palyback at the terminals, please send a copy of the CD to us for selection by CAAS*.

You may post the CD to COMPASS at 37 Craig Road Singapore 089675, Attn: Rachel Wong (CD for CAAS selection)

* Please note that
– music selection process is the prerogative of CAAS
– final selection of music is at the sole discretion of CAAS
– NO queries pertaining to the final selection of music will be entertained by CAAS or COMPASS.
