THREE WAYS TO RSVP
1 SMS SMS COMPASS at <8259 8083> — an SMS is sent to our members, so just reply to the mobile number. If you are a COMPASS member and fail to receive the SMS from us, kindly inform us at 6323 6630.

E.g. You wish to attend with a partner and both of you are vegetarians

(i) SMS format : <Attendance>_<Pax & Food Preference>

SMS acronym : 1N/2N/1V/2V

SMS : Yes I am attending _ 2V

 

(ii) Request for group seating, email if any (person’s name and contact number)

  2. <Attendance> : Attending / Not Attending
  3. <Number of pax> : <1> for alone / <2> for attending with partner
  4. <Food Preference> :  Vegetarian/ Non-vegetarian
  5. Request for group seating, if any (person’s name and contact number)
  6. Inform COMPASS of any change in mobile and/or address
3 CALL Call COMPASS office at 6323 6630 (opening hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm).

**Seats will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
**Seats are limited therefore 1 member is only entitled to bringing 1 partner.
**Group seating requests have to be pre-informed with full names and contact numbers listed via email.
**The last day to RSVP is 24th June 2011. Changes in attendance to be informed by 30th June 2011, 4pm.
**COMPASS reserves the right to impose a penalty for no-shows.

An invitation card will be post-mailed to you; you should expect to receive it by Tuesday, 5th July 2011.
Bring with you your invitation card otherwise SMS indicating your table number. The perforated coupons on the invitation card help identify your table number, offers one lucky draw and one photo opportunity. At the end of the event, a door gift limited to one per adult will be distributed.
