Projek Rentak 2013 – Malay Songwriting Competition

Projek Rentak Komedi is a project collaboration between Mediacorp Radio Ria, Warna, Compass. Perkamus will also be giving their support for this event, let’s hope with the different organizations band together to help give recognition to our Malay songwriter talents, we would have a blast once again!

This year, Projek Rentak is planned in conjunction with Rentak Komedi hence the song writing theme should revolve around: comedy, humor, teasing, and fun!

“RENTAK KOMEDI 2013” will be held 2nd of March, Saturday, at Kallang Theatre.
It’s a night of skits, excitement and laughter with Warna/Ria DJs, comedians and celebrities. The event will also showcase the finalists of “Projek Rentak”, the local songwriting competition centered on the “fun and light-hearted” theme!

Opening Date: 7 January 2013, Monday, 12 noon
Closing Date: 31 January 2013, Thursday, 23:59hr

1st prize – $3000
2nd prize – $1000

TOP 2 finalists are to perform at RENTAK KOMEDI.
