RE: INVITATION TO 19th COMPASS AWARDS PRESENTATION
On behalf of the Board of Directors of COMPASS, we cordially invite you to attend our:
19th COMPASS Awards Presentation scheduled on Sunday, 28th September 2014
Venue : Resorts World Convention Centre, West Central Ballroom, Basement 2
Admission & Cocktail Reception : Starts at 6.00 pm
Event Commencement: 6:50 pm sharp
The occasion serves to recognize local musicians and songwriters for their outstanding achievements in the preceding year. Achievement awards i.e. Top Local Pop Song, Top Local Instrumental Contemporary Music, Top Local Composer, Top Local Publisher, Top Local Artiste, are appointed solely in reference to royalties collected for Year 2013!
In addition to the royalty-dependent achievements, there will also be special awards conferred to honor local musicians of their long-standing contributions and activities of significance to the local music industry. Commendation awards i.e. Artistic Excellence Award, Meritorious Award, are appointed in reference to nominations collected early this year.
The Awards Presentation is accompanied by dinner and performances, with an approximate duration of between three to four hours. Admission is free for addressee and one partner. To help us anticipate the number of tables and amount of food required, we would appreciate if you RSVP your attendance soonest possible.
There are two ways you may RSVP; either via SMS or EMAIL. If you do not have specific group seating requests, RSVP via SMS will be most convenient. The closing date to RSVP is 5th September 2014.
