(1) Physical shows and/or live streams

Rate (per show)

Rates apply for each 3-hourly block or part thereof. Where there are changes to the Getai Performance name, physical venue or online platform within a 3-hour block,

the initial Getai Performance will be deemed to have ended and a new Getai Performance will be deemed to have commenced.
Notes
(1) Applications must be received by our office at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of the event. In the event of inaccuracies in the application, a new form must be submitted.
(2) Payments must be received by our office at least 3 working days prior to commencement of the event.
(3) To qualify for the concession rate, the above requirements in Notes (1) and (2) must be met.
(4) The permit fee payable will be 50% higher where the music user has not obtained COMPASS’s music permit before performing musical works in public, without prejudice to any claims by COMPASS for past unlicensed usage of musical works.
(5) Permit fees are subject to late payment interest of 10% per annum calculated commencing from the first day of the event. 
(6) COMPASS reserves the sole discretion to decide which tariff scheme applies for the music usage.
(7) Rates are subject to GST.
