For each 10 square metres up to 500 sq.m. $ 64.61 per year
For each additional 20 sq.m. between 501 and 1,000 sq.m. $ 107.32 per year
For each additional 25 sq.m. between 1,001 and 1,500 sq.m. $ 107.32 per year
For each additional 25 sq.m. between 1,501 and 2,000 sq.m. $ 81.04 per year
For each additional 40 sq.m. between 2,001 and 3,000 sq.m. $ 85.42 per year
For each additional 50 sq.m. over 3,000 sq.m. $ 52.56 per year
Annual licence fees are subject to a minimum charge of $255.
12. Meeting Room & Seminar Room – Mechanical Music  Cost
1st 40 seats $ 160.98 per year

13. Common Area, Lobby, Shopping Arcade – Background Music  Cost

14. Enclosed Sports Courts, Swimming Pool – Background Music  Cost

15. Theatrette & Movie Lounge  $42.71 per seat per year (based on seating capacity) OR $42.71 per diagonal inch per year (based on screen size, whichever is higher

16. Bedrooms & Apartments  Cost
In-House Music & Movies $ 4.38 per room per year
Annual licence fees (for total bedrooms & apartments) are subject to a minimum charge of $255.
17. Video Wall/Screen  Cost
100 inches & above $ 42.71 per diagonal inch per year
Video Monitors $ 321.96 per video source per year (maximum 5 TV units per source)
additional TV units at $53.66 per unit per year
Annual licence fees are subject to a minimum charge of $321.96.

Notes
(1) Applications and payments must be received by our office at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the licence year.
(2) The licence fee payable for the first year of the licence will be 50% higher where the music user has not obtained COMPASS’s music licence before performing musical works in public, without prejudice to any claims by COMPASS for past unlicensed usage of musical works.
(3) Licence fees are subject to late payment interest of 10% per annum, with late interest payment for each applicable licence year calculated commencing from the first day of that licence year.
(4) COMPASS reserves the sole discretion to decide which tariff scheme applies for the music usage.
(5) Rates are subject to GST.
