Note that assignment of Performing Rights is compulsory and exclusive for all Members, whereas assignment of Reproduction Rights is optional if you have already assigned them to a third party. You may also opt for assignment of Reproduction Rights on selected work basis. You may request for this form from our membership department.

All membership applications will be reviewed by the Board at scheduled Council Meetings, held on a quarterly basis*. Hence, please allow 3 months period of processing.
